Raised paste
Raised paste is a popular workshop suitable for advanced student
Raised Pansies
This design was inspired after we had our last conference and I have done several workshops using this technique. The pattern is my own and I let the students select the colours of the box and the colours of the Pansies. Using raised paste it has been a very popular workshop.

Ant eater at the bottom of my Lemon Tree
I thought that by adding an Ant Eater at the bottom of my lemon tree, it would stop the ants......wrong.

Poppies on Ceramic
These Poppies where painted over a very rough surface made with Raised Paste, the pattern was from a workshop I did many years ago when I was doing my Glare Ceramic Teachers course. So I don't have the designers name. Then using Jo Sonja painted on the Poppies. Shaded and then with a liner brush outlined. Very easy for intermediate students. Finally sealed with a satin spray. The vase was first fired to Bisque, then roll glazed to make it water proof.
