Adding and Editing Stockists

To add and edit stockists in the Chroma Stockist Database you must first be logged in. If you do not have a Chromaonline Account you will need to Register one by filling out the Registration Form. Once you are logged in you will be able to enter the Add/Edit page where you can manage your Stockist Listings.

Promote Yourself Online

As a Chroma stockist you are invited to add, or edit, your data in our Stockist Database. Customers who are looking for a supplier can do a Chroma Stockist Search and your information will be available to them.

Step 1 - Register

You must first create a chromaonline Account which will register you for access to various areas of the site including the Stockist Database. You will then receive a confirmation email containing a link. Clicking on this link will take you to the Activation Page which activates your account. If the link does not work please copy and paste it into your web browser.

Note. Some email software will identify this message as junk email so please check your junk mail.

Step 2 - Check to see if you are already listed

Find your listing/s by filling in the relevant search criteria for your shop. If you find your business is listed, note the ID number/s found in the left hand column. If you are not listed please skip to Step 4 to add your business details to the database.

Step 3 - Email Chroma

If your business is listed please send an email to support@chromaonline.com which includes the email address that you registered with and all of the stockist ID numbers for your listings. We will then link the listings to your chromaonline account and you will be able to edit them.

Step 4 - Change details for an existing listing or add a new listing

Login to the website, go to Add/Edit Stockists, here you will be able to edit your listings freely.

Please allow up to 10 working days for any new stockists or changes to be checked and approved.
