Interacting With Your Paint
When working with Interactive, you can choose your working speed in order to control your painting process.
For traditional fast techniques
- Do not use a water spray.
- Use Fast Medium/Fixer to increase drying speed.
For new extended wet-in-wet techniques
- Use a fine misting water spray to keep your paint moist for wet-in-wet techniques.
- If you prefer, you can use a wet paint brush instead of a water spray.
- For even longer open time, especially when painting thinly, use Slow Medium instead of water.
- You can control wet-in-wet blending to suit yourself.
How it works
- Interactive has the ability to re-absorb moisture.
It is easy to tell when moisture is needed because the paint becomes thick, tacky and drags under the brush.
