Chroma requires customers to affirmatively ask to join its database by completing a written or electronic form, and the personal information required on these forms relates to customers’ contact details only.
From time to time, customers may also receive mail or email surveys and questionnaires which may require provision of personal information. Participation in this research is entirely voluntary.
Chroma may also offer competitions which require the provision of personal details for eligibility of entry.
There is no obligation to provide any personal information however failure to do so may limit the service we can provide to you, or in the case of a competition, your eligibility to enter the competition.

Chroma staff are required to respect the confidentiality of personal information and the privacy of individuals. Information in electronic or hard copy form is maintained securely and only authorised employees have access.
Some personal information relating to teachers is displayed on the Chroma website. This information can only be modified by designated Chroma employees or by the teacher concerned.
Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual’s hard drive for record keeping purposes while at the site. Chroma utilises cookies on the Chroma website only for that purpose and no information is transferred through cookies for any other purpose including promotional or marketing purposes, or shared with third parties.
