I am happily married with two teenage sons.
I have been painting since 1999. Since then I have attended several conventions and painted with a number of teachers from around Australia.
In 2001 I completed the TDP course at The Society of Folk & Decorative Artists of Victoria Inc, followed by some advanced TDP sessions in 2004. I became part of the Jo Sonja's Teacher and Artist Partnering Program in 2005.
Over the years I have demonstrated at the Stitches and Craft Shows and open days for Artist's groups; entered artwork into a number of shows winning numerous prizes and I have had several pieces published in Folk & Decorative Painting magazine.
Currently I am a member of the The Society of Folk & Decorative Artist's of Victoria, True Blue Decorative Artist's, The American Society of Decorative Painters and Friends through Folk Art Guild.
I conduct five classes a week at my home based studio and I'm also available for teaching group workshops. I believe in being patient and praise when teaching children, these are our future painters and we don't want to squash their enthusiasm and dreams.
