Let me introduce myself, my name is Judith but I answer to Judith, Judy or Jude. After living in the country for many years, I now live in Modbury Heights, Adelaide, SA, a great part of the world.
I am married to Gerald, have a son who lives interstate and a married daughter who with her hubby Dave, has justs had baby number 1 - so we are now grandparents.
I love to paint and I love to teach both of which I am really only just getting back into after too long. The withdrawal symptoms are starting to diminish - I think painting folk may have a little paint in the veins !?!?

First Name Last Name

I love to CREATE WITH PAINT, anyone can do it, it's just a matter of learning the techniques. Painting is a continual process of learning and Decorative painting has become the starting point to try other forms of art & various media along the way. Using paints and mediums in many a various ways has led to incorporating both art and craft together, scrapbooking, quilting, paper arts, multi media, stamping, card making and more have overlapped each other!

I started painting about 12 years ago when I lived in the country.

I have continued to teach and to learn, doing workshops with other Artists, enrolling in various art courses, including fine art, year 12 art and am currently doing sketching and painting of portraits. And am doing a full year of an art course in 2008 - I can't wait!! :-))

In the past, I have travelled to New Zealand, Tasmania, Queensland, Victoria & rural South Australia to teach and am at present in the process of organising painting and multi media workshops in country Sth Aust, taking art to the people.

I love to paint but I have always loved sharing my knowledge with others so I think teaching others to paint gives me even more joy than painting. To share the excitement when others create artwork they are thrilled about is truly a privilege.

I have a calling to support different projects from time to time. At present, my aim is to support, through my artwork, "Linda's House of Hope" in Western Australia. Linda Watson brings women out of the life threatening dangers of prostitution and with love, care and support gives them a new life filled with hope & an assurance of their value and worth .
So watch this little space to see what's happening in the future - I would like more hours in the day or more days in the week though :-))
