Linda lives in British Columbia on the west coast of Canada. She is an acclaimed artist who has published many books, the latest of which feature mixed media/altered art. Her work evokes nostalgia and a timelessness that really gives pieces depth and visual interest. Be prepared to be challenged and have your perception of mixed media stretched.
Below are pictures of her projects and front covers of some of her books.

We received these images of projects done by Sue Larsen in Woolgoolga who is coordinating an all day Scrapbook Matharon in June to raise funds for her local high school's P&C Association.
Scrapbooking has proved to be not only a widely enjoyed pastime but an art form in its own right and scrappers come from far and wide to enjoy this popular fun event - further details are in the Chroma Events section. In the meantime, there are some great "off the page" ideas here, including two reversible book holders that can be used to store recipes or scrapbook pages. The last one is the work of Sue's friend Trish Rheinberger and features Jo Sonja's Crackle Medium,
All projects were done using Jo Sonja's Artists' Colours and Mediums.

Tony Paul is a professional artist working here in the UK running a great workshop in October using Atelier Interactive paints.
It is being held at beautiful Dillington House in Llminster, Somerset on the 5th and 6th of October, 2009. As well as being an artist, Tony has had a great deal of art teaching experience. Students will be guided through two days of observing and painting landscapes while he demonstrates to participants the versatility of Atelier Interactive paints. A package of these will be included in the price of the workshop.
