this workshop takes an educational approach to introducing the product to the students and professors. the chroma artist facilitating this program will speak to the class about archival oils within the context of art, art history, and the history and technology of oil paints. the chroma artist will explain the techniques and tools necessary to fully exploit the qualities of archival oils. after this introduction, the artist facilitator will give the students the opportunity to paint with and experience this product. we will supply the paint and mediums necessary, but ask the students bring their own preferred painting surface, brushes and associated materials.
