Chroma has supported TAFE NSW for over 10 years and every year we are committed to extending our support so that both teachers and students have the opportunity to access the very best in art teaching resources.

Throughout the state we have supported many different TAFE colleges with prizes for outstanding students in their final years studying Fine Arts at TAFE. We encourage students by awarding Chroma product vouchers so that they have the best possible materials available to guide them into the future as fine artists.

TAFE NSW also provides art students with the opportunity to enter the TAFE NSW Art & Design Prize. This is an annual exhibition, which allows all art students to participate and win some fantastic prizes to assist them in their artistic career. The TAFE NSW Arts & Design prize has been promoting the importance of creativity and individual expression within the TAFE system for over five years.

Each year the prize grows in size and status. Focus: 2003 TAFE NSW Arts & Design Prize received 988 entries- more than ever before. We have been contributing to this prize since 2002 by donating 10 highly commended awards for painting and design rendered by hand.
