About this Exhibition

Welcome to this virtual exhibition of innovative and exciting artworks by Australian High School Students and Tertiary Art Students.
In this exhibition, student artwork from different Australian states and territories is showcased. Each state and territory uses different methods to select their best student artwork for exhibition.

This CD/Website is sponsored by Jim Cobb the owner of Chroma Australia Pty Ltd. Chroma proudly supports art education by generously donating much financial support and many litres of Chroma paints for various workshops, demonstrations, training days and special events throughout Australia.

Chroma has been making acrylic paints in the marketplace for 40years. Jim has always been concerned with the quality of student’s art materials and constantly strives to deliver the best products, because better quality materials make for better quality artworks.

For over 21 years Jim and Chroma has financially sponsored ArtExpress, the blockbuster exhibition of student artworks from New South Wales. These exhibitions have proved to be a great teaching and learning resource both nationally and internationally. Chroma is proud to present to teachers, students and artists a showcase of senior student artworks and their processes on CD-Rom to encourage higher aspirations and expectations in visual arts.
